On July 22, 2017 I started a new challenge: to live a healthier and more active lifestyle.

It all started with me wanting to make a change to my ways of living for my health after I started having panic attacks from stress, from not sleeping well, from constantly worrying and not taking time to take care of my body as I should have.

Today marks day number 21 of 90, and it’s special enough because they say it takes 21 days to adapt a new habit into your lifestyle and … boy, I think I did it!

Why I did it? I believe in coincidences, but this time things lined up in a way that was inevitable to pay attention to the changes I needed to make. So, I met a group of amazing people through a coach that approached me at an event, Sebastián Morel-Ferreira, a Paraguayan fitness guru, body builder and entrepreneur. He invited me to work out on a Saturday morning (yes, a Saturday morning) at Hunter’s Point Park in Long Island City, Queens, and little did I know I was going to fall in love with The Pack Outdoor crew!

Also, I watched the documentary “What the Health” on Netflix, which made me realize how careful we should be with the food we’re putting in our body!I don’t plan on becoming an gym rat (no offense) or one of those annoying friends that are always telling you where the stake on your plate is coming from. This is an individual journey that I feel I need to share since It really changed my life.
